So Mr Andrews has helped me out a lot with my synopsis and shot list. he said that my shot list was really good (which is a huge relief) the one problem I had was too many straight angles. Angles are an essential part of conveying the power play between characters. Hitchcock is a master of his angles. So naturally I went back through my shot list and was very VERY SPECIFIC about how high or low I wanted my angles and making them higher or lower to convey how my characters are feeling.
For example when We are first introduced to Mariana she is timid and ca barely get a word in next to Adriana. She clearly feels inferior next to Adriana, but not by much. This is shown by the slight high angle in Marinas shots and the slight low angle in Adriana's. (we are talking just below eye level. These subtleties can tell so much more of a story than a boring straight on angle.
He also said my treatment needed to flow better. This is true, it had a lot of cut to's in it and honestly like everything i do, it was a bit wordy. So I tried my best to make it shorter, more descriptive and to the point in less words and have a good flow overall.
